Why are we asking for funding?

Brainstorming the idea but for now I can give a very brief summary and upload a previous design for the land thats located in the mountains of El Chimbo, a region that is 15 minutes away from the city of Tegucigalpa, Honduras.  My vision is to build a self sustaining urbanization that produces it's own energy, treats it's own water, grows it's own crops and manages it's costs, expenses, improvements and governance through an application/platform built on the Epic ecosystem.  Energy and crop production blueprints must be designed with sufficient capacity to make regular donations to the small surrounding communities in the form of EPIC obtained through mining with the excess energy in the local grid and crops so that they can eat or sell them.
