Why are we asking for funding?

I've got the project and planning permission to build a libertarian/ancap hostel in an island called Ilhabela in Brazil. I half done some research and I haven't found any other with such a theme in Brazil. The project has 4 large bedrooms for up to 8 beer each. Big common area and a terrace on top to watch the sunset. I have uploaded a photo of the land. There is our old house that will be demolished. This has been my dream for a long time but due to the events that happened last year and continue to destroy the economy, I had to postpone the start of the project. 

Hoping to get some support to help build this starting next year after carnival if things here in Brazil don't fall apart.
