Why are we asking for funding?

Larissa Katarina is a mother I met on the street of Stavanger, Norway. She sleeps in a car outside a convenience store. She is a young Moldovan, from a city bordering Ukraine. Afraid to stay in her home city she took the buss through Europe and is now stationed in Norway. She cannot afford the downpayment for renting an apartment (she is not considered a refugee either by the local authorities), and is forced to sell brochures on the street during the day. She is desperate to see her kids again, but cannot welcome them to Norway until she has a place to stay.

Please help Larissa get a roof over her head, and reunite her with her children. She also needs funds to feed herself.
