Why are we asking for funding?

Give a limb provides a prosthesis to those who could otherwise not afford one. Charities have had to pre-commit to difficult actions such as discontinuing certain programs Given that most nonprofits have almost no margin for error even in normal times.
But we have the understanding that if we walk away from our commitment if we fail our beneficiaries; we will be no better than the cycle that they are trapped in, if anything we will be worse because we know how truly easy it is to gift hope instead of defeat.
